of Using mycuci

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by mycuci at https://mycuci.one, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

This agreement constitutes a valid and binding contract between you as the user and mycuci as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

mycuci services are open only to individuals who cumulatively meet the following conditions:

• Aged at least 21 years old at the time of registration and throughout the use of the services;
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a valid agreement;
• Not located in a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activities;
• Registering in their own name and not on behalf of a third party;
• Not listed on any active self-exclusion programme.

mycuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including a copy of an identification card or MyKad) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being suspended or terminated.

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and freezing of any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate and current. The information to be provided includes:

• Full name as stated on your identification card;
• An active and reachable mobile phone number;
• A valid email address in active use;
• A secure and unique password for your mycuci account.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether with or without your knowledge — is your own responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact mycuci customer support immediately.

mycuci accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (direct transfer)
• Online banking via FPX
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction, regardless of the payment method chosen. mycuci does not charge any processing fee on deposits, however third-party payment service providers may impose charges according to their own policies.

mycuci reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used, particularly for identity verification and anti-money laundering (AML) purposes. Funds deposited into a mycuci account must come from legitimate sources.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after verification. The minimum amount for each withdrawal is RM50.

Before a withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Account identity verification has been completed successfully;
• All wagering requirements associated with bonuses received have been fully met;
• There is no ongoing fraud investigation or suspicious activity review on the account;
• The withdrawal is made to the same payment method or a method verified under the account holder's name.

mycuci does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawals must be made to an account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the mycuci account.

mycuci offers various promotions to registered members. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their respective specific terms and conditions.

For the 150% welcome bonus up to RM1,500, the following conditions apply:

• The bonus is calculated based on the new player's first deposit amount;
• For example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150, bringing the total balance to RM250, with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 10 = RM1,500;
• Second example: a deposit of RM2,200 gives the maximum bonus of RM1,500, bringing the balance to RM3,700, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000;
• The total bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to other players.

mycuci reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time. Attempts to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts or suspicious betting techniques — will result in bonus cancellation and further action on the account.

mycuci provides various game categories including online slots, live casino, sportsbook, and sports betting. All games offered are operated fairly using a random number generator (RNG) certified by independent certification bodies.

Players are fully responsible for the betting decisions they make. Game outcomes depend on chance and mycuci does not guarantee any winnings. Information relating to return-to-player (RTP) percentages is provided by the respective game developers.

Several important things to observe when using the platform:

• Bets must be placed personally and not on the instruction of a third party;
• The use of automated software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is prohibited;
• Attempts to exploit technical bugs or system errors must be reported to customer support.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mycuci platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts or sharing an account with another individual;
• Providing false information or an invalid identity during registration;
• Collusion between players to influence game outcomes;
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegitimate sources;
• Any form of fraud, including unauthorised chargebacks;
• Use of VPNs or proxies to conceal actual location or bypass regional restrictions;
• Threatening, abusing or harassing mycuci staff or other players.

mycuci reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions;
• A request by the user themselves to close the account;
• Instructions from authorities or regulatory bodies;
• Failure to submit requested verification documents within the specified timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a specified period with no transactions.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, mycuci reserves the right to withhold the balance in the account subject to the outcome of the investigation carried out. If closure is made at the user's request and no violations have occurred, eligible balances will be returned once all requirements are met.

mycuci is not responsible for any losses — whether direct, indirect, consequential or punitive — arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions;
• Service disruptions due to technical maintenance or circumstances beyond mycuci's control;
• Data loss due to a user's negligence in maintaining account security;
• Delays in transaction processing due to third-party factors such as banks or e-wallet providers.

mycuci provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. We do, however, work to maintain high uptime and provide advance notice before scheduled maintenance.

mycuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its users. Gambling is a form of entertainment and not a way to generate a steady income.

Players are encouraged to:

• Set daily, weekly or monthly limits for deposits and losses;
• Take regular breaks from gambling activity;
• Avoid gambling under the influence of alcohol, emotional stress or any condition that impairs judgment;

Users will be informed of material amendments via their registered email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of mycuci's services after an amendment notice is considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under mycuci's international licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through the dispute resolution process established by the licensing authority.
